Our Story
Crispy Flavoured Chicken (CFC) was founded by one of Malta’s pioneers in the Fried
Chicken industry in 2018. Now managed by his sons, the brand is set to offer the best
fast food experience through its unique taste, great service and good value of money.
The CFC recipe was developed after years of careful improvement to ensure that unique
Crispy flavour people have come to love.
Crispy Flavoured Chicken opened its doors in Malta first in Ghaxaq in 2018. With the
second outlet being in Marsascala, opening in the following year, 2019. The third outlet was then opened in Zebbug in 2021 and in the following year, we opened our first CFC Drive Thru in Qormi in 2022. We also opened two more outlets later in the year, in Naxxar and Hamrun. In July 2023, we opened our seventh outlet in St. Paul’s Bay.
Crispy Flavoured Chicken hasn’t been around for a very long time but in the couple of years it’s been open and with the tradition of fried chicken embedded deep in the family business. CFC quickly became known as one of the best places in Malta for fresh and
mouth watering fried chicken!

Our beef patties are 100% Irish beef and 100% fully farm-traceable. This ensures our customers are eating high quality beef as they are also grass fed beef and originates from Irish farms.
Fresh and Local Vegetables
Our vegetables are produced locally straight to our outlets, providing fresh and high quality vegetables to our customers such as red, plump tomatoes and nice leafy green lettuce and fresh onions. This ensures that our tomatoes are juicy and sweet, lettuce are wonderfully crunchy and crispy fresh and onions are mild flavour and fresh.

We are committed to supporting local, this means we source our products from local suppliers such as fresh and natural chicken and vegetables. This helps us provide fresh, high quality locally farmed to all customers.
